Mrs. Meredith Fishelman is a beloved teacher at Mount Horeb School who has supported our children with care, patience, and dedication, creating a classroom where students feel seen, encouraged, and valued. Now, as she and her family face an extraordinarily difficult season, our community has asked how we might support her in return. As her husband continues to undergo treatment for a very serious cancer diagnosis, the Fishelman family is managing mounting medical expenses and thoughtfully planning for the future, including housing considerations as circumstances change.

This fund is intended to help ease some of the financial and practical strain they are facing - including covering snow removal needs this winter - with any remaining funds used flexibly to support their family with whatever needs arise.
