Hi my name is Darren, I am the senior physical, mental health, wellness and wellbeing coordinator at Kaizen Wirral Mindset CiC.

Following the harrowing events of 26th May 2025 when Mr Daniel Barr heroically entered a moving vehicle at the Liverpool victory parade, to prevent further harm coming to the general public, Dan was referred to Kaizen for support.

As part of our military veteran support project we have provided a 10 week, physical, mental health, wellness and wellbeing package ( fully funded, via our Kaizen Ambassadors project ) to Mr Dan Barr.

We have, via consultation with Dan, already highlighted several of the challenges that Dan will have to address within the Kaizen Dimensions of wellbeing, as he continues to re build both his physical, mental health and wellness.
