Madonna Nash Legal Expense Fund

Madonna Nash has been one of my longest and closest friends and is currently in dire need of your help to cover lawyer fees that she is going to be facing from an upcoming lawsuit.

She is currently being sued for defamation, publicly naming on Facebook a bar owner, and his establishment, who assaulted her daughter and another female while her daughter was performing there at the bar.

I would hope that any parent would have done the same thing. I know I would have.

We are initially asking for $2,500 to cover the retainer fee for the lawyer but she will need far more than that to cover the legal expenses that will accrue from what will likely be a lengthy court battle.

This is so important, and I would like to briefly talk about why Madonna is going to need as many people to donate as much as you can to help her with the fight.

With Madonna’s approval I am going to share with you her personal story of why she is in such need of your help. A part of her life that she has kept private for many years.

In 2015 Madonna suffered a near fatal traumatic brain injury. Since 2018 there has a steady decline in her health as a result of the TBI that has left her disabled. She suffers from debilitating seizures. She has had four surgeries on her spine to date. And she is about to undergo another major two part surgery on her cervical spine in two months!

She is on a tight fixed income and will not be able to afford any of the legal fees that will come with this lawsuit. Please appreciate that it took a lot for Madonna to be able to share such personal information. The last thing she wants is for anyone to see her any differently. I promise she is still the same Madonna Nash we all know and love.

Madonna Nash made a huge impact on my life the day I met her…

Madonna has always gone out of her way to be the best person and parent she could be for her kids, her friends, and her family…

She has gone above and beyond to show love and support to those around her- She’s never met a stranger and will show up in a heartbeat for anyone that would ever need her…

She has faced many of life’s challenges head on with strength, determination, courage, and respect…

In the decades of being very close to her and her two wonderful children, I have never ever heard her once ever talk badly or down about ANYONE.

She has done nothing but give people chances left and right - However, concerning this situation she did what any parent would do- She took a stand for her daughter that day she posted to social media sharing her concern about what took place the day her daughter was verbally attacked at a local brewery by the owner…

As a Mother, we do what we feel is necessary to protect our children no matter what age they are…

Madonna spoke up using social media like many of us do these days to raise awareness about the things happening in our community etc...

Our community has admired Madonna and her daughter, Asia, for years, because they are two very wonderful humans beings, with the sweetest souls..

I appreciate everyone for the continued support during this time and I truly hope we can all come together and help raise our initial goal to help Madonna receive legal representation…
