Friday, September 5th, our dear friend Karyn and her four beautiful daughters, Claire, Grace, Cassidy, and Maeve, experienced the unimaginable — the sudden loss of their beloved husband and father, Ed. His passing was completely unexpected, leaving them heartbroken and facing overwhelming challenges.

Karyn is now left to navigate life without the love of her life and the father of their four beautiful daughters. If you know her, you know she is the kind of person who gives her whole heart to her family—a caring wife, devoted mom, a loyal friend, and truly one of the strongest people I know. But right now, she needs us. Her girls are what’s keeping her going.

Along with this unimaginable grief, there will be so many unexpected financial concerns: funeral expenses, household bills, and the costs of raising four young girls on her own. My hope is that by coming together, we can help ease some of that burden and give Karyn space to focus on their daughters and their healing. We all know the Welby's are always the ones giving, and I know they would never ask for anything, and this is so uncomfortable for her.

Ed was a wonderful man. The BEST of the Best — funny, kind, hard working, and completely devoted to his family. He had a special way with people. Ed was everything to these girls. The love he had for Karyn and his girls was evident to everyone who knew him. His absence leaves a hole that can never be filled, but we can help carry his family through this season with love and support. His memory will live on through the love he poured into his family. I am forever grateful for any and all help. We are just hoping this may provide some stability for the girls in the coming months. Above all, I ask that you keep Karyn and the girls in your prayers.
