Jeff is one of those rare people who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. He is welcoming, kind, and selfless. Someone who would give his last dollar to help another person, even when he needed it himself. Asking for help has never been in his nature.

On December 31st, Jeff suffered a stroke caused by a blood clot in his brain. After a long and courageous fight with cancer, we’ve learned that chemotherapy is no longer working and the lesions continue to grow. Jeff is now being sent home on hospice care, surrounded by loved ones, as he focuses on comfort and peace.

About 18 months ago, when doctors first told Jeff and his family that he might not survive this battle with cancer, a fundraiser was started in hopes of easing the burden ahead. Those funds have been stored safely and will be used to support his family when the time comes.

As Jeff’s condition has progressed, additional support is now needed to help cover ongoing medical expenses, hospice and comfort care needs, and to allow his family the time and space to be fully present with him during these precious moments.

This fundraiser is not something Jeff would ever ask for, but it is something he truly deserves.
