Hi, my name is Hilary, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my dad, Howard Braun, who was recently diagnosed with stage III esophageal cancer.

My dad has always been the provider and support system for our family, taking care of my mom and my brother. On top of his cancer diagnosis, he recently suffered a fall and tore his rotator cuff, leaving him unable to work indefinitely while he undergoes treatment.

As our family focuses on supporting him through this difficult time, the financial burden has become overwhelming. Between medical bills, cancer treatments, recovery, travel, time off work, and everyday living expenses, the costs add up quickly.

Any donation—no matter the amount—will help relieve some of that stress so my dad can focus on healing and our family can focus on being there for him. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser means just as much.
