This holiday season, I am hoping to raise support for families in Cambodia who are living through unimaginable hardship. Many of these families have lost the safety and stability of their homes. Some are without shelter entirely, while others have been forced to flee their villages because of war and ongoing conflict, carrying with them only what they can hold.
I think especially of the children. While many of us associate this time of year with warmth, family, and celebration, these children are living in fear and uncertainty. Some will go to sleep not knowing where they will rest the next night. For them, Christmas is not marked by gifts or gatherings, but by survival. The child pictured here represents so many others—children whose lives have been shaped far too early by circumstances beyond their control.
I am asking, with humility and hope, for your support. Any amount you are able to give is deeply appreciated. Even the smallest contribution can help provide shelter, food, and a sense of care to a family that desperately needs it. What may feel small to us can mean safety, comfort, and hope to someone else.
All funds raised will be donated directly to trusted individuals I personally know who work closely with these communities in Cambodia. These are people who are present, who understand the needs, and who are committed to helping families rebuild and survive during this difficult time.
Thank you for taking a moment to read this and for considering how you might help. Your kindness has the power to bring light into someone’s life during one of their darkest seasons. I wish you and your family peace, warmth, and a meaningful holiday season. ❤️
