If you know Emily, you know she is the kind of person who always shows up. She’s the first to lend a hand, the first to offer support, and the last to ask for anything in return. She would never ask for help herself — which is why we’re asking on her behalf.

Emily was recently diagnosed with cancer, shortly after undergoing a mastectomy. While we are incredibly grateful she was able to have surgery, this is only the beginning of her healing journey — both physically and emotionally.

As a mechanic, Emily works in an extremely demanding, labor-intensive environment. Her job requires heavy lifting, long hours on her feet, and constant physical strain. Returning to work too soon could interfere with her recovery and increase the risk of complications. Unfortunately, her employer does not provide paid medical leave, leaving her without a steady income during this critical time.

The funds raised will go directly toward covering her essential living expenses — rent, utilities, groceries, medical bills, and other necessary costs — so she can focus fully on healing without the added stress of financial pressure.
