<div><strong>Emily was recently diagnosed with cancer, shortly after undergoing a mastectomy.</strong> While we are incredibly grateful she was able to have surgery, this is only the beginning of her healing journey — both physically and emotionally.

<div>As a mechanic, Emily works in an extremely demanding, labor-intensive environment. Her job requires heavy lifting, long hours on her feet, and constant physical strain. Returning to work too soon could interfere with her recovery and increase the risk of complications. Unfortunately, her employer does not provide paid medical leave, leaving her without a steady income during this critical time.
