This is to my dad, who had Crohn’s since he was 17 years old. I have grown up with knowing my dad’s condition, and by walking 10,000 steps a day, I’m trying to help raise awareness and support those who have a member in their family who is suffering with Crohn’s/ irritable bowel disease.
