Hi, my name is Nicole and I am currently training to become a certified yoga teacher. As part of my journey, I wanted to create something that gives back, a space where people can come together, move, breathe, and feel connected through the practice of yoga.
That is how my Community Vinyasa Yoga classes began. I offer these sessions twice a week, free of charge, to make yoga accessible to anyone who would like to join. They are open level classes, meaning complete beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome.
The classes are fast paced and dynamic, starting with 45 minutes of one sequence and gradually building up to a full hour as I gain more teaching experience. I am still in training, which means I may occasionally lean on my notes, but every session is taught with care, energy, and the hope of creating a positive impact in people’s lives.
Although I do not charge for the classes, there are costs involved in running them such as studio hire and equipment. That is why I have set up this page. Any donations, no matter the size, will go directly towards covering these costs so the community can continue to enjoy free yoga every week.
If yoga has touched your life in some way or if you believe in the importance of making wellness accessible, I would be so grateful for your support. By donating, you are not only helping me complete my teacher training but also allowing this community space to grow and reach more people.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for supporting in whatever way you can.
With gratitude
Nicole
