Hi, my name is Graham.

My father passed away unexpectedly, and our family is still trying to come to terms with the loss. He was a private, proud man who rarely asked anyone for help, but above all else, he cared deeply about his wife, Chay, and her well-being.

I am raising funds to help support Chay during this incredibly painful and uncertain time. As she grieves the loss of her husband, she is also facing the reality of returning to her home country of Thailand over the coming months. With my father’s estate still being finalised (a process that can take several months ), she has no immediate financial support and is unable to provide for herself during this period.

This is a time of profound emotional loss for Chay. She is not only saying goodbye to the person she loved, but also trying to navigate a future filled with uncertainty while grieving.

I know, without doubt, that my father’s final wish would have been to ensure that Chay is safe, cared for, and not left to struggle during this transition.

The funds raised will be used solely to cover basic living expenses, including:

Flights to Thailand: R6,000

Monthly living bills: R7,500

Food and basic necessities: R3,600
