After 2 back surgeries and months of recovery, Carmen and Carlos were finally ready to plan their happily ever after, but the universe had other plans and Carlos was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

After 8 months of fighting and 14 rounds of chemotherapy, the oncology team shared the devastating news that treatment will be discontinued as there are no remaining medical options. All recent scans and extensive bloodwork show that the cancer is no longer responding to chemotherapy.

During the time Carlos has left, we hope to raise funds to cover medical and funeral expenses to provide him peace of mind during his transition.
