Our beautiful baby girl, Lily, was born sleeping on 5th August 2025. Through donations made by the Arran Campbell Charity, to the labour ward at University Hospital Wishaw, we were given the priceless gift of time, through the use of a cuddle cot*. This allowed us to spend precious hours together as a family, time we will always be grateful for.

We were also given a memory box from the charity filled with keepsakes that now mean the world to us. Inside were clay kits to make prints of Lily's tiny hands and feet, a teddy bear that weighed the same as her, a storybook we could read to her, glass vials to hold locks of her hair, a soft pink blanket and comforter, toiletries for her first bath and many other thoughtful items. These gave us ways to create lasting memories and to hold onto the love and connection we shared with Lily.

During our stay in hospital we were given two care packages donated by the charity: personalised boxes for "mummy" and "daddy", filled with essentials, to make our time in hospital a little more comfortable, which we were both very grateful for.

We want to honour our daughter's memory by helping this incredible charity continue their work for other families facing the unimaginable. Every donation, no matter the size, will support the Arran Campbell Charity in giving other parents the same precious gift of time and memories we were able to have with our baby girl.
