Project Inner Light — Healing Through Movement for Orphaned Children

For years, I have led wellness programs that help individuals build strength, confidence, and emotional resilience through movement. From partnering with the Mayor's Office, local Commissioners and municipalities to heading the Yoga Division of a Non Profit organization working with children, to serving diverse communities, I have witnessed firsthand how structured yoga and exercise can transform lives.

Now, I am expanding that work.

I am launching Coach Rocki: The Inner Light Initiative — a heart-led, leadership-driven outreach effort dedicated to bringing movement-based empowerment to underserved children in South Africa and Botswana.

Our first mission, Project Inner Light: Movement is Medicine, will serve two orphanages by providing:

• Weekly Free Yoga and Exercise movement sessions

* A yoga mat for every child

* Branded t-shirts

* Wellness supplies

* Lunch

* Ongoing confidence-building programs

Many of these children have experienced trauma, instability, or loss. Movement becomes more than exercise — it becomes medicine.

It builds confidence and strength, teaches discipline, and instills Self-love and self-worth.

But this campaign is bigger than one outreach.

This is not a one time event.

This is only the beginning of a global wellness initiative designed to partner with cities, schools, and community organizations to bring structured healing programs where they are needed most.
