Carpaccio is Closing: Support our Beloved Staff
Donation protected
Since opening its doors in Menlo Park, California in 1988, Ristorante Carpaccio has been a beloved gathering place where families and friends have come together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. For almost 38 years, it has provided the perfect setting to indulge in one-of-a-kind dishes like a Carpaccio, Capellini, Lasagna or a Tiramisu while toasting birthdays, reunions, graduations, promotions, weddings and more milestones with loved ones.
On Sunday, June 22, 2025, Ristorante Carpaccio will close its doors for the final time. Let’s help the dedicated and loyal staff prepare for their next chapter.
In honor of the exceptional service, unwavering support (even through Covid), heartfelt hospitality and friendship the staff have extended over the past four decades, please consider contributing toward a farewell gift—a gesture of gratitude and appreciation from our extended community. Donations can be made anonymously; no amount is too small and all amounts make a huge difference!
These funds are being raised by a family that has adored Carpaccio since the beginning. We will divide the Carpaccio fund evenly among the following staff members:
Mark I.
Jose Luis R.
Jorge Mario X.
Jose Daniel C.
Edwin Rolando R.
Noe H.
Gilberto S.
Jose Ostilio H.
Juan Carlos M.

Thank you for almost 38 years, Carpaccio! We wish you all the best!
