Hi, my name is Zuleyka Melendez. I am a mother of 2 children, and I'm also pregnant right now. Me and my spouse are going through a very tough time. He lost his job due to his kidney failure problems, and he is taking dialysis at home. I am currently on a leave of absence from my work due to complications with my pregnancy.
