I never imagined having to write something like this, but life has taken an unexpected and incredibly difficult turn.

My sister Zoraida has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer, and our world was instantly changed. What started as some really bad back pains, too very heavy periods and pain has quickly became a diagnosis that no one is ever prepared to hear. Since that day, Zori has been facing this fight with courage, strength, and grace—even on the hardest days.

Cancer doesn’t just take a physical toll. It affects every part of life. Between medical appointments, treatments, medications, and time away from work, the financial burden has become overwhelming. The stress of medical bills is something no one should have to carry while fighting for their health.

We are asking for help to ease that burden so Zori can focus on what truly matters right now: healing, resting, and staying hopeful. Any funds raised will go directly toward medical expenses, treatment costs, travel to appointments, daily living expenses, and anything else needed during this fight.
