My name is Zeina. I’m a high school senior or at least I used to be, before everything collapsed.

I had dreams… to study, to succeed, to make my family proud, and to build a better future.

But today, even my books are gone. My school is in ruins. My notebooks are lost under the rubble. And everything feels so far from normal.

I’m writing this from a tent. From a place where bread is a dream, clean water is rare, and education feels like a memory.

There’s no food, no safety, no internet to study, no quiet place to focus and sometimes, I’m even afraid to speak out loud.

I’m Zeina. And my struggle isn’t just about hunger or pain.

It’s about watching my future slip away while I stand here helpless, unable to hold on.

I dream of traveling, of learning, of having a simple, peaceful life…

To sit in a real classroom again, with a blackboard and a notebook not to keep running from bombs or searching for my next meal.
