Our community is struggling financially. The city government is spending well beyond our means. As a community we have attempted recall and charter amendments to help resolve this problem. Each time, the city administrator and city attorney have played gate keeper.

Legal action is now required the only option. Our elected officials are complicit and have refused to pursue action on behalf of the taxpayers, choosing instead to align their votes with the bureaucracy.

My name is Ed and I’m trying to raise money for legal expenses to sue the City of International Falls for violating an employment contract and costing the taxpayers over $100,000 in wages and benefits.

Additionally, the funds will be used to pursue legal action against the city administrator for defrauding the citizens in the same action.

Minnesota is ground zero for government fraud. I know our attempt to correct 100k in fraudulent pay is small in comparison to the rest of the state or the nation. Having said that, we would really appreciate your help.
