Hey there y'all! My name is Jonathon Williamson and I am seeking to raise funds for a dear friend and brother and his wife - Yoni and Jen.

The story/incident:

On May 31st, Yoni was involved in a cycling accident resulting in a Grade 3 TBI and experienced bleeding in the brain stem as well as throughout various parts of the brain. The recovery road has been a journey for him and his loved ones; no doubt! Over the last three months, Yoni has seen promising progress and hit a number of strides, but the challenge lies with the intricate complications and unknowns with TBIs. Currently, they have relocated to Texas, moving into the next phase of rehabilitation - he will be working with folks specialized in neurology/rehabilitation.

The hope/goal:

A number of folks in the community and from our church have rallied together to do what we can to revamp the home they recently purchased prior to the accident. The city we live in has a lot of tired homes that often need a bit of a facelift.

Our hope is to focus both on upgrades that will be necessary to adapting to day-to-day life when Yoni returns home as well as to put a lot of effort into their backyard. The community goal is to create a place of beauty and refuge for them when they return home.

Our initial goal is to raise $15,000.

The posted dollar amount is strictly a goal, and any donations made are appreciated more than y'all can possibly understand. 100% of funds raised will be put toward the project plan that has been outlined, and anything left over will be put toward any additional medical bills, groceries, or any further needs of theirs.
