Yohanna is diagnosed with Lupus and Severe Kidney Disease. She's been managing her Lupus well for about 12 years up until December of 2024 when she had to be hospitalized for a month. Since then, Yohanna has been living with family members to support her in managing her lupus, and recovering from her hospitalization. for the past 8 months she's had to financially rely on her daughter, Valeria and her son, Freddy who have been struggling to help her with work , hospital visits, appointments, medication, her bills and they have fallen behind.

Unfortunately, due to all the medication she's been prescribed over time her already hard-of-hearing has worsened and her vision has developed into cataracts. Thankfully, her doctor's are able to have her cataracts surgery scheduled for October, but her family is worried about how they will pay for the cost of surgery on top of all her medical bills and their cost of living. Once the surgery is done, the plan is for Yohanna to move back into her home with her son Freddy, but Yohanna and her children need financial support to pay their her eye surgery, pay off her medical bills, and get back on their feet.
