I am Michael, the founder of the Youth Empowerment Network (YEN) in South Carolina. When I was young, a community afterschool program kept me safe and on track - I credit it as the foundation of my success. Today, these vital safe spaces are disappearing. YEN's mission is to rebuild that village: to provide a dedicated, beautiful space for our young people to learn, grow, and study.
