Hi! My name is Yasmine Grewal and I am a rising senior in high school. I'm starting a passion project focusing on giving to my community with free meals distributed at the St. Johns Church of God in Christ located San Diego - Lincoln Park neighborhood. Inspired by the Sikh tradition of Langar, this interfaith food distribution at St. John’s Church of God in Christ welcomes all, especially low-income San Diegans, offering free, nourishing meals in a spirit of dignity, community, and compassion amid rising living costs.
