I don’t even know where to start but to thank God that my son is alive. My name is Cody Deforge, the father of Xander Deforge, and last night on Christmas Eve, my son was headed home from dinner on 77 and a driver hit him in the left rear and sent his car into the concrete divider, totaling my son's car, his pride and joy. The person who hit my son did not stop and took off, leaving him there. So now my son is faced with a totaled car. He just started college this fall and has a full-time job. We as a family will do what we can to support him but are asking you, family and friends, and the community to help this young man get the funds to help replace his vehicle.
