Hi, I am Grandma Teresa, as most of you know me. I started this GoFundMe to protect Wynter. We have had court dates and paid our way, but not much has changed. Something has to change before this little girl is hurt mentally and physically worse than she already has been. I wish the laws were different. I wish they knew how much this child is loved and how much we have tried to get them to understand the situation. From here, I will let Brittany take over. Just know we appreciate any support. Hi, I’m Brittany. I’m a mom trying to protect my daughter after she was physically hurt during a court-ordered visitation with her father.

My lawyer has to be paid to file an emergency custody order to keep her safe, but I don’t have that right now. I’ve already contacted CPS and have been documenting everything, but without filing this motion, I can’t stop the visits or get the court to review what’s happening.

I’m asking for help to cover the legal fees to file this emergency order and make sure my daughter is protected. Every dollar goes directly toward the court and attorney costs. I added extra for GoFundMe fees.
