Give Me 5 for Venezuela

Hi, I'm Omar Pereney, a Venezuelan chef and entrepreneur based in Houston, Texas. Venezuela is my home, and like millions of Venezuelans around the world, I was heartbroken by the devastating earthquake that has impacted so many families.

I'm organizing this fundraiser because I believe one of the fastest and most effective ways we can help is by supporting World Central Kitchen (WCK). Founded by Chef José Andrés, WCK is already on the ground in Venezuela, preparing and serving fresh meals to people affected by the disaster.

I'm asking everyone to Give Me 5. Just $5. It's a small amount that, when thousands of us come together, can provide hope and comfort to families facing unimaginable loss.

How the funds will be used:

100% of every dollar raised through this campaign will be donated directly to World Central Kitchen.

I will not personally receive, keep, or use any of the funds for expenses or compensation.

Once the fundraiser concludes, I will transfer the full amount raised to World Central Kitchen to support its earthquake relief efforts in Venezuela and will publicly share proof of the donation with everyone who contributed.
