We are a collective of women artists rising to meet these times, channeling our grief, rage, heartbreak, and fierce love into powerful embodied expression through the creation and performance of The Rose of Resistance show.

Through this show, we are creating a powerful, cathartic offering that not only supports and empowers the artists involved, but is created in service to women everywhere, as a stand for dignity, honor and the protection of women, children, the earth and all of life!

Right now, we are calling on our community to help us bring this body of work fully to life.

Supporting a Young Artist’s Dream

One of our core dancers, Maya, just turned 17.

She first witnessed this type of visionary intentional performance art at our Black Rose show at Bloom Festival and felt a deep resonance.

Maya is a young Salvadoran woman, one of three children, raised by a devoted single mother. She carries immense passion, talent, and heart!

We are raising funds to cover half of Maya’s tuition so she can train and perform with us on The Rose of Resistance tour.

Bringing the Show Fully to Life

In addition to supporting Maya, we are also raising funds to cover the essential elements that make this show possible. Costumes Props, and some travel expenses.

Much of this is currently being funded out of pocket by the artists.

Where Your Support Goes

$1,500 — Maya’s tuition support

$2,800 — Costumes & props for a 6-woman cast (10+ pieces in the show)

$700 — Travel expenses (van rental in Canada for tour leg)
