Support Winnie's Life-Saving Surgery Costs

Hi, everyone. My name is Audrey and I'm asking for help for my sweet dog, Winnie. My husband and I had to take her to an emergency vet for surgery yesterday. She ingested a foam golf ball that got lodged into her esophagus. It was a very scary time for her and us, praying for God to perform a miracle and help the vet staff do the best job they can do. Unfortunately, this was an unexpected expense, and the surgery ended up costing more than $6000.00. We do not have that kind of money right now, and are asking for any help you can give. We have no kids of our own yet, so our dogs are the closest thing we have. My husband also travels for work every week, so it's me, and my 2 precious pups in the home together. I know everyone has tough times, but if you can find it in your heart to give anything, it would mean the world to us. We have had back to back unexpected financial hits lately including a car accident, plumbing issues, and medical costs, along with this high surgery cost. It was either spending the money on the surgery, or Winnie would have died. And I could not have let that happen. Anything you can do to help is amazing, even if it's just praying for us to work through this, and giving us grace and peace along the way.
