My name is Win, and I am originally from the Philippines. For twelve years, I had the privilege of serving as a missionary in Laos, where God continually shaped my heart for His people and His mission. In this new season, the Lord has called me to Salem, Oregon, to serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for the next two years. My areas of service include the Counselling School, Administration, and Worship Ministry.

I have been blessed with a strong educational foundation that complements my calling. I hold a Diploma in Teaching Education, majoring in Social Studies, a Master’s in Ministry, and a Master’s in Guidance and Counselling. These qualifications have equipped me with both professional and pastoral skills enabling me to disciple, counsel, and train others with excellence and compassion.

In addition to my academic training, I completed my Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Kansas City in the autumn of 2024 and my Foundations for Counselling Ministry in September 2025. These experiences have deepened my heart for discipleship and prepared me further for cross-cultural and community ministry.

Looking ahead, I am praying and preparing to pioneer a Deaf Discipleship Training School (DTS). My vision is to see the Deaf community not only encounter God in a personal way but also be trained, equipped, and sent out to take part in fulfilling the Great Commission.

It is my greatest joy to serve God’s people, to build others up through counselling, teaching, and discipleship, and to lift high the name of Jesus in every sphere I am placed. My heart burns to see both the hearing and Deaf communities empowered to live for Christ and to bring His light to the nations.
