We never expected to be here and writing this. But God works in mysterious ways, and our story just took the most incredible, life-changing turn.

A newborn baby is due this January, and by the grace of God, we’ve been been chosen their adoptive parents.

This wasn’t a plan we had mapped out. Adoption wasn’t something we were actively pursuing. But this situation came into our lives unexpectedly, and something in our hearts just said yes. Through prayer and conversation, we knew this was exactly what we were meant to do.

Because this all came together so quickly, we’re now facing a lot of unexpected costs in a very short amount of time. That’s why we’ve created this GoFundMe, to humbly ask for help from the people who love us and want to support us through this journey.

We won’t be having a traditional baby shower or adoption shower. This is how we’re choosing to ask for support instead. We don’t take that lightly.
