My name is Shekinah Henry, a proud resident of Westmoreland, Who has been trying to coordinating relief efforts for my community.

Our community in Westmoreland was devastated by Hurricane Melissa, which caused unprecedented destruction ripping off roofs, flattening homes, and leaving families displaced. I'm personally overseeing this fundraiser and will manage all funds responsibly.

The primary beneficiaries are two incredible families in urgent need, along with my own household:

* D. Stewart, a dedicated father raising two young children under 2 years old with no additional support. His home was completely lost, and he's struggling to provide safe shelter for his little ones.

* O. Bowen, a strong single mother of three children, including one with a disability. She's facing the heartbreaking challenge of rebuilding without resources while caring for her family.

* Myself (Shekinah) — As a Westmoreland resident, I live with three elderly individuals ( My mother and Father), one of whom is a stroke victim. Our home was destroyed in the hurricane, and we're currently in a difficult situation, needing to rebuild to provide stability and safety for everyone.

Time is critical, the sooner we receive support, the faster we can purchase materials (lumber, roofing, drywall, plumbing, electrical supplies, etc.) and begin rebuilding. Funds will go exclusively to these supplies, bought directly and delivered to the families and my household. No funds will be used for anything else—I will personally handle procurement and distribution to ensure every contribution makes a direct impact.

Your generosity will help restore safety, dignity, and hope to these families during one of the hardest times imaginable. Even a small donation will bring us closer to getting roofs over our heads and walls that protect our loved ones.
