Your support helps ensure the continuation of Warren Cilliers’ legacy—advancing the vision of Cilliers Aviation and supporting his family as they carry it forward.

On November 8, 2025, we lost an extraordinary man — Warren Cilliers — a devoted husband, loving father, caring brother, talented engineer, gifted pilot, amazing surfer, and trusted friend to so many. His passing was sudden and heartbreaking, leaving his wife Janette and young son Nicholas to navigate life without the man who was their anchor, protector, and greatest joy.

Warren was known across the aerobatic, airshow, and air racing communities for his unmatched skill, generosity, and passion for flight. Through his company, Cilliers Aviation (www.cilliersaviation.com), he dedicated his life to helping pilots, competitors, and performers stay safe, airworthy, and able to do what they love most — fly. Behind every thrilling airshow routine and every polished aerobatic performance, there was often Warren’s quiet expertise, steady hands, and caring presence making it possible.
But Warren’s impact extended far beyond aviation.

He had a way of showing up for people — truly showing up — with patience, kindness, and a genuine interest in their lives. Whether he was helping a fellow pilot in need, supporting one of his employees, comforting a friend, skating with Nicholas at the park, catching waves at sunrise, or simply sharing a laugh with a stranger, Warren made people feel seen, valued, and uplifted. He carried a calm, warm spirit that made everyone around him feel safe — the kind of presence that can’t be taught, only lived.

He wasn’t just a master of his craft — he was a man of faith, deep character, compassion, and integrity. He didn’t just fix airplanes; he lifted people. He inspired confidence, encouraged others to believe in themselves, and brought light wherever he went. His faith shaped the way he lived, worked, and cared for others — with humility, gratitude, and a sincere desire to serve. To so many, Warren represented the very best of what humanity can offer: strength, heart, kindness, wisdom, humor, and unwavering devotion to family.

He was the first to help — and always the one you could count on — no matter how busy he was or what he was carrying himself.

The outpouring of love from around the world has been overwhelming — from pilots, performers, surfers, engineers, neighbors, employees, and friends who knew Warren as the quiet hero who made everyone else’s life better.

The question so many are asking is: “What can we do to help?”

While nothing can take away the pain of losing someone so special, we can come together to support Janette and Nicholas as they face an unimaginable road ahead. Donations made here will help ease the financial burden of funeral expenses, household needs, and the many unexpected challenges that come with the sudden loss of a husband and father.

Your support will also help preserve and continue the legacy of Cilliers Aviation—Warren’s passion, life’s work, and the company he built with dedication and vision. Contributions will assist Janette and Nicholas as they work to sustain and grow the business in his honor, ensuring that Warren’s commitment to excellence in aviation lives on through future generations.

A Celebration of Warren’s Life will be held on December 6th.
Full details and location will be shared as soon as arrangements are finalized.

This is our chance to give back to the man who gave so much — to honor a life lived with humility, generosity, and heart. Every contribution is a message of love, support, and gratitude for Warren and the family he cherished.
Warren, you will be deeply missed and forever remembered — for your skill, your faith, your laughter, your kindness, your craftsmanship, and the way you lifted others higher simply by being you.

Your legacy will continue — in the skies, on the waves, on the ramps, in our homes, in our hearts, and through the ongoing work of Cilliers Aviation, carried forward by the people you inspired.

Fly high, Warren.

Blue skies forever.
