Support Vulnerable Citizens in Pacoima

COVID-19 brings unprecedented threats to our most vulnerable communities- those with the least access to the resources and care needed. Pacoima is one such community within Los Angeles with an elderly population, significant homelessness, and countless individuals with co-existing health conditions.

In Pacoima, the most vulnerable members of our communities are suffering in silence. Our elderly neighbors in senior centers can no longer receive daily meals nor take a trip to the market. Single parents are struggling to provide childcare for their children who are not in school.

Alma Prep is joining forces with Chicas Mom to support Pacoima community members through this crisis. 

We are asking you to support our efforts by making a donation. Your donation will provide supplies and essential needs of the community. Supplies include things like dish soap, cooking oil, toothpaste, nutritious food, and educational supplies and activities for kids.

We have a small but mighty team of volunteers who are making safe deliveries to these families every Sunday. Now more than ever we must come together and support our community.
