In 2018, my life was turned upside down by an undiagnosed condition that affected both my memory and vision. I was forced to close my business and face the unknown. But with the help therapy, I began healing—one day at a time.
A year later, I created Voices for Mental Health, a podcast sharing real stories from people living with mental illness. As someone diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, and dyslexia, I know how isolating mental health challenges can be.
Now, after six seasons and over 100 episodes, I am transitioning Voices for Mental Health Inc., into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to raise awareness, provide resources, and remind people they are never alone.
With your financial support, my team of dedicated and talented volunteers can:
Improve our website, social media presence and resources
Promote the podcast to reach more people
Pay for necessary IT support and software
Every dollar makes a difference.
You can help someone find the hope they need to keep going.
Together, we can make mental health a priority—and remind those suffering that they are seen, heard, and never alone.
