My children and I were fleeing DV, and my oldest was experiencing more traumatic PTSD and other symptoms from the abuse we went through. She had to go to a psychiatric facility which is located four hours away from us. We get monthly in-person visits, along with weekly virtual visits. We've used all of our other resources; my husband and I both work, but after bills and food for home, we don't have much left for the long drive. We've been told that we only need two more sets of visits before she can finally return home. I'm just asking for a little help to make sure we can get there, to see her, and then eventually to be able to get there and have her be released to us. Thank you for your support.
