On January 24th, our good friend Vinny Capalongo was hospitalized in the ICU at Wilson Hospital in Binghamton, NY, where he was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. Vinny remains in critical condition and is facing ongoing complications and setbacks.

Vinny is a highly respected mason in the Ithaca area. With the extremely cold weather, work had already slowed, and this sudden illness will keep him out of work for an extended period of time.

During this recovery, Vinny will have no income, while everyday bills and mounting medical expenses continue.

We are raising funds to help Vinny with essential living expenses and the medical costs he will continue to face during his recovery. Anyone who knows Vinny knows he is the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. Now it’s our turn to help him.
