Support Vince's Custody Battle Costs

Hey Everyone. I am starting this fundraiser for my boyfriend, Vince. He is in the middle of court proceedings for custody modification for his daughter, Zashenka. He has an expensive, but good lawyer. He has already paid 5000$ and the lawyer is asking for another 4000$. He has court on March 7th but this will most likely be going to trial on July 1st. Every phone call, email, and correspondence with his lawyer costs A LOT of money. I have attached the invoice, bill, and contract from lawyer below. Vince is a kind-hearted, selfless man. He would give the shirt off his back to someone in need. His kids and family mean everything to him. He has been fighting so hard to modify his custody order so he can spend more time with his daughter. Right now he only sees her every other Saturday and he has to drive 2 hours to pick Zashenka up and then drive 2 hours back only to spend 3 hours until he has to drive her back home. Vince has a son, Zahir, who also wants to spend time with Zashenka. She is truly missed and Vince's heart continues to break as more time passes that he can't see her. Not only is visitation an issue but Zashenka doesn't have a cell phone. So Vince is unable to even video chat with her. I am a parent myself and I understand the pain he feels by the lack of communication and visitation. Vince is a hard working and responsible man but as we all know it is tough living on your own today with kids and a home to take care of. I am asking the world for help with this because I believe he absolutely deserves to be in his daughter's life more than every other Saturday from 10 to 6pm. Zashenka is a beautiful, smart young lady and she also wants to be able to see her father more. She has expressed her feelings to us and we are all trying to fight together to be able to grow as a family and get this visitation schedule modified. Every single dollar will help. Hola a todos. Estoy comenzando esta recaudación de fondos para mi novio, Vince. Se encuentra en medio de un proceso judicial para modificar la custodia de su hija, Zashenka.
