The 1st power outage lasted 3 months long in the summer.

The 2nd power outage is on day 38 and ongoing this winter. The people of the village are starting to struggle from having to pay a lot for gas to keep personal generators on. Most houses don't even have wood stoves to keep warm. Anything would help at this time if needed.
