We are a group of victims out of thousands of ordinary people deceived and devastated by the Moonacy.io crypto scam. In early 2025, Moonacy promised "secure, high-return" investments, backed by fake UK and US registrations, paid influencers, polished promotions, and top news companies like, Fox News, ABC, Binance and NEWSBTC on the Trading View.

We believed them until June 3rd, 2025, when the website vanished, withdrawals stopped, billions in crypto disappeared, and our lives were shattered emotionally, financially, and mentally.

Dylan’s Family Future, Stolen Overnight

"I'm Dylan, from the Caribbean and in the blink of an eye, my family’s security vanished because I trusted what looked like a real opportunity.

Like so many others, I believed Moonacy.io was legitimate. Their whitepapers, fake registrations, influencer promotions, they made it all look so polished, so safe. I wasn’t reckless or naive, i was misled.

I started small, just $100, and saw consistent daily returns. That gave me confidence to invest $16,000 of our savings, I received returns for 3 months consistently, then came their final push: 'Prime Pool – double your money in two months before the investment program ends.' It felt urgent, like a once in a lifetime chance. I sold my truck, took out a $15,000 loan, and invested another $32,000.

On June 1st, the website vanished. Just like that, everything was gone and $48,000 wiped out.

The impact has been devastating:

Our vehicle? Sold, after 7 years of saving to buy one.

Our savings? Gone. This was our financial buffer.

Our daughter’s future? Uncertain at the moment, we are unable to get basic necessities as we depended on the daily returns from Moonacy.

The debt? $15,000, and growing. I have installments coming up and im unable to pay them.

I broke down that day...numb, breathless, heart racing, thinking, “I just destroyed everything I worked for.” If not for my wife and our little girl, I don’t know how I’d have made it through."

"I'm Alexander from Venezuela. After weeks of research, Moonacy looked like a golden opportunity. I started small, 500 to 1,000 XRP but as their promotions ramped up, especially after seeing them at a Dubai crypto event and watching videos from crypto influencers, the fear of missing out grew. When they announced Prime positions would close by June 1st, my wife and I made a decision we’d come to deeply regret, we invested nearly 85% of our XRP portfolio. That was 20,000 XRP… nearly our entire savings.

Right after that deposit, everything unraveled. Withdrawals were blocked. Support vanished. That damn Logan strung us along with false hope. I kept digging, hoping for reassurance..but all I found were red flags and more victims like me. As the site disappeared, so did our financial future. I spiraled into depression. "I'm Richard. I wasn’t panicked when BTC dipped below $10K—my XRP payouts from Moonacy were steady, and support kept reassuring me my BTC would be returned soon. What really made me trust them was their registered presence in the U.S., and how deeply involved they seemed throughout the crypto space. They looked solid.

Even an influencer stepped in, reaching out to his contacts and telling me it would all be resolved by June 1st. That comfort led me to deposit another 2,000 XRP on May 30th. The returns looked great, right up until everything stopped.

By June 2nd, the website was gone. No withdrawals, no responses. I emailed, posted on their X page, and even messaged the influencer again. He said Moonacy had stopped replying to him too and eventually added me to the victims group.

I trusted them. I believed the influencers. Now, I’m here, like so many others, betrayed and picking up the pieces."

"I'm Christian, 48, from Puerto Rico. Over four years, my wife and I built up over $80,000 in XRP savings we thought were safe. Moonacy seemed legitimate. At first, it was. Encouraged by the steady returns, my wife decided to invest too. Together, we began using the income to also support her sister, who had just lost her husband in a tragic workplace accident, he fell from a two story building and didn’t survive.

"I'm Seth D, a father of three living in the U.S. We’ve been staying in a camper while preparing to tear down our mold-infested house and build a new one. Every dollar counts for us, especially right now.

I first came across Moonacy.io while researching safer ways to invest in crypto. They looked legitimate with a clean site, official looking registrations, and positive media mentions. I started small, just to test the waters. When I saw consistent daily returns, I felt encouraged. So I put in a bit more. Then a bit more.

We first heard about Moonacy through a crypto influencer who made full videos and posts claiming it was a safe, legitimate investment. Together, we invested 20,180 XRP—about $46,000 USD. I lost 16,000 XRP and Ashley lost 4,180 XRP. This wasn’t spare cash or some gamble—we had been saving that XRP since 2021 with one goal: buying our first home, building a foundation for our future, and paying off debt that had piled up from years of inflation and financial strain.

When Moonacy disappeared, it felt like our future was ripped away overnight. Emotionally, it’s been incredibly heavy. We’ve struggled with anxiety, hopelessness, and the grief of watching something we worked toward for years vanish in seconds.
