Support Vicki and Donald in Their Time of Need

Hello,

My name is Destiny. I am writing to you today to request your help with a GoFundMe campaign.

I am raising funds on behalf of my parents, Vicki and Donald. My father, Donald, has been diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable lung cancer. He has been battling this disease for 24 months and recently received radiation treatment that successfully removed the cancerous spot on his brain. However, six months later, the cancer has returned.

Due to his diagnosis, Donald has been unable to work. He has been trying to provide for his family, but he is struggling to make ends meet. My mother has been incredibly strong and supportive throughout this difficult time.

Recently, Donald experienced two heart attacks. One of his cancer medications became toxic to his heart, causing inflammation in all of his chambers. He is now taking heart medication and blood thinners and has been restricted in his activities. As a result, my parents have fallen behind in their financial obligations and are struggling to catch up.

They are also facing food insecurity due to their inability to afford enough food for their family. The high cost of electricity is another burden they are facing, due to the use of ACs during the summer as my father struggles to breathe well in the heat and humidity. Additionally, Donald needs new clothing as he has lost a significant amount of weight.

I am making this GoFundMe in hopes that someone can provide financial assistance to my parents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
