I AM TOMORROW because I believe the future of healthcare is built by the people we prepare today.

Hi, my name is Dr. Carl Branch, an Air Force veteran, healthcare professional, and founder and CEO of The Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. My journey has taken me from military service into healthcare, education, mentorship, and nonprofit leadership. Along the way, I saw something clearly: too many talented people never reach the careers they are capable of because they lack guidance, access, mentorship, resources, or a clear path forward.

That is why The Tomorrow Foundation exists.

We help students, veterans, emerging healthcare professionals, mentors, and underserved communities move through a supported pathway:

Exposure → Education → Mentorship → Experience → Employment → Leadership

The I AM TOMORROW campaign is about turning that mission into action.

Funds raised will help strengthen healthcare career pathways, student and veteran navigation, mentorship, workforce development, wellness and leadership programming, educational opportunities, and access to experiences that help people move closer to meaningful healthcare careers.

For me, this campaign is deeply personal.

As a veteran, I know what it means to serve with purpose. As a healthcare professional, I know how much preparation and support it takes to succeed. And as the founder of TTF, I know that one connection, one mentor, one opportunity, or one person believing in someone at the right moment can completely change a future.

I’m asking my friends, colleagues, fellow veterans, healthcare professionals, partners, and community to help us build those opportunities.
