I am a US Army Veteran and got married last year to my wife, who is a Korean national, and we currently live in South Korea. We recently welcomed our beautiful son in December of 2024. The Korean housing system requires a large down payment in order to secure government housing for our family. The minimum down payment is 9 million won ( 6,500 USD)
