VCI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans as they transition from military service to serving our communities in the trades. Our mission is to provide veterans with the resources they need to successfully launch and sustain their businesses. We offer assistance with startup costs, ongoing support, and business coaching to ensure a strong foundation for success.

At the heart of our vision is "The Farm," a 100-acre campus where veterans can attend specialized classes on owning and operating Home Service companies like roofing, landscaping, and water restoration. The Farm also features facilities for hands-on training, where veterans can gain practical skills in their chosen trade. Additionally, The Farm serves as a mental health retreat, offering veterans and their families a chance to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
