With a heavy heart, I’ve created this GoFundMe to support my daughter, Vanessa Garcia, as she begins a long and difficult journey of healing and recovery.

On May 26th, Vanessa was in a devastating accident that left her with multiple severe injuries. She has already undergone several surgeries—some lasting more than eight hours—and due to complications, the doctors were unable to complete them as planned. Despite their best efforts, Vanessa still faces many more surgeries and a lengthy hospital stay.

Her condition is serious, and the road ahead is uncertain. Once she is released from the hospital, she will be in a wheelchair and will require extensive physical therapy to learn how to walk again.

Through it all, Vanessa remains incredibly strong and positive. Even as she lies in a hospital bed unable to move, she holds tightly to her faith and continues to inspire us with her resilience.

Vanessa is a devoted mother to two young boys, whom I am caring for during this time. As a family, we are doing everything we can to support her emotionally and physically—but financially, we need help. Her rent, bills, and basic living expenses are starting to pile up, and the stress of it all weighs heavily on her.

This fundraiser is to help ease some of that burden. We want Vanessa to be able to focus solely on her recovery, without the added stress of financial worries.
