On July 17th, our beloved nephew, cousin, son, friend, Vance , was tragically taken from us after an 11 day fight following a mass shooting on July 4th. What should have been an ordinary day turned into a nightmare that no family should ever have to endure.

Vance was a bright light in our lives—full of love, laughter, and promise. His sudden and senseless passing has left our hearts shattered and our lives forever changed. As we begin to navigate the overwhelming grief and pain of this unimaginable loss, we are doing our best to support one another and honor his memory.
