Support UTRGV Mock Trial Team's Journey

We are the UTRGV Mock Trial Competition Team! We are all currently students at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley who compete in undergraduate mock trial against schools from all across the country.

For the 2024-25 American Mock Trial Association season, we hope to compete in at three invitational tournaments before competing at regionals. This includes invitationals in Sherman and Forth Worth, Texas, and Tucson, Arizona. On average, each invitational costs around $5,000 to attend, including:

We humbly ask for your support as we try to compete in as many invitationals as possible. The more competitions we can afford to attend, the better we become, and the better able we are to display the legal talent from the Rio Grande Valley. Many of us are first-generation college students, and some of us hope to become the first attorneys in our family.
