Quik Pix Photo Lab is a 5 minute walk north of the USC Campus on Vermont St, and in the midst of a neighborhood of student housing, has been a supportive small business serving USC kids for 39 years. The owner, Alam, is always kind and thoughtfully looking out for the students who visit his store, and he needs our support now.
Recently, Alam's business has been hit hard by Covid-19. He continues to show up to the store M-F in hopes a customer will come by, but after 39 years he thinks he will close his doors soon, amidst the severe business slowdown.
He has dedicated his life to selling us more affordable course readers for a range of class subjects, taking passport photos for local residents and the international USC student community, and of course, developing film photos from the hundreds of disposable cameras USC students use, and developing film for Roski/SCA students (the most affordable and quality option within miles).
