Hello everyone, as we end this year, we come to ask for your support to help set us up for a stronger year.

This year crushed us: my job ended, drained our savings, we fell behind on rent, and had to reach out for help more times than I ever imagined. Rock-bottom is real, and it’s been lonely. If you're in education, you know how hard our field was hit. I saw friends leave the profession and struggle to find work. At many points we were really discouraged.

The good news: two weeks ago I started a steady new job. This has been a blessing, but we're still trying to catch up with and meet our obligations.

We are asking your support to help us raise $2,500 to cover rent, pressing late bills, and basics so I can keep showing up to work without everything falling apart. We also want to make it through the holiday season.

If you can spare even $5 or $10, it makes a huge difference. If you can’t, I understand—just a share or kind word helps more than you know.
