Help Justin&Shelby Rebuild After A Devastating Van Fire

Hi everyone,

We’re Shelby and Justin, and we’re posting together during one of the toughest times in our journey as small business owners. On Thursday, March 20th, our mobile grooming van was completely destroyed in an accident and fire. We’re incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, but our van—and much of our essential equipment—was lost.

This van was the heart of our business. Since opening in 2015 with backyard grooming sessions, we’ve grown our business with the support of an amazing clientele who have become like family. Losing the van means we now have to juggle all appointments in one space, affecting our daily operations and income. Our dedicated team—Cody and Denise—is also impacted, as they currently have no way to groom without the van. Although our insurance covers part of the loss, it doesn’t cover everything.

We’re raising funds to:

• Replace our mobile grooming van ($80,000–$120,000)

• Purchase essential grooming tools and equipment ($5,000–$20,000)

• Support our employees during this challenging period

• Cover lost income while we rebuild
